We recently moved to the area and I had to find a new dentist. I spent hours looking for the right place. When calling the office to ask questions and schedule an appointment, I was amazed at how sweet the lady on the phone was and very friendly. I had another question and called them right back and spoke to somebody else who was as friendly, if not more. She went above and beyond to find out exactly if I was going to have any out of pocket cost with my first visit, and I was extremely pleased with her help. I was actually excited to go to my first appointment, which was strange because I have always had a fear of the dentist! I met Dr Kim who was very nice and friendly. He met with me in a separate room before looking at my teeth. Asked about my history, questions, expectations, anything relevant that would be helpful to know. That meeting alone put me more at ease. The hygienist Cindy was very nice too. I had a high sensitivity on a tooth, and she texted me the next day to make sure my tooth was fine and that I didn’t have anymore pain. I was nicely surprised that she cared enough to text one of her patients the next day. That was really great. I’ve had dental work, a temporary crown and today got the permanent crown put on. I didn’t feel anything at all. I ve just been nervous about it. But didn’t feel a thing. They even offered me a blanket to be more comfortable and it helped to reduce my anxiety! Also wanted to mention that seeing all the Top Dentist Awards reassured me when I walked in and saw them. This place is great, super clean and modern, every single person is super nice and they do care about you, which is rare these days.I’ve visited many doctors offices and rarely do you come across a super nice staff all around. Thank you so much for being so friendly and offering great service! I am so glad I found this office and only 5 minutes from my house! I am not going to hope to come back often but if I have to, I know I will be in good hands!
